  • Managing your booking and the provision of restaurant services.
  • Sending you booking confirmations and reminders where applicable.
  • Answering queries and information requests.
  • Performing statistical analysis of Website use to improve our services.
  • Managing personalised advertising, only if you have given your express consent.
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations.

  • CoverManager: provider of the booking platform (processor).
  • Google Ireland Limited: analytics, advertising and maps services (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps, Google Tag Manager).
  • Hosting provider: Website hosting.
  • Public authorities: where a legal obligation exists.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, appropriate safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
