We were born in 2017 in the heart of El Raval with a clear conviction: eating gluten free should not mean eating differently. Our entire kitchen is 100% gluten free, with no parallel menu and no compromises. One single proposal, for everyone, equally.
Leading the kitchen is Giovanni Luca Carlino, a Palermo-born chef with more than 14 years of experience in Catalan cuisine and a long period at Barcelona’s iconic W Hotel. His cooking starts with respect for local produce, zero-kilometre sourcing and seasonality. Ingredients selected with care, prepared with technique and time.
